If you are looking for a brush to achieve that perfect smoky eye look, this is it. The Chisel Mini Smudger can work two ways. You can use a pencil eyeliner and then go over the line with the Smudger or, for best results, lightly dip the Smudger in loose minerals or pressed eyeshadow and smudge it around your eyes as desired. The overall length of the brush is 4 3/4". The bristles are 1/4" wide and almost 1/4" long.
