When entering your credit card information you will be required to provide the CVV2 (Card Verification Value). Your order will not be processed without it with the exception of international orders.
We also accept credit cards and e-checks through
PayPal. *If paying by an e-check, it must clear first before your order will be shipped out. It usually takes about 3-4 business days, depending on the bank, to clear.
For your convenience, you may also pay by money order. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, go through the checkout process and choose money order as your payment method and then you will be prompted to print out your order. We do not accept money orders from international buyers.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Sometimes credit cards get declined because of a wrong billing address, expiration date etc. If your credit card is declined AND you did NOT receive an order confirmation from us, chances are, your order did not go through.
If your credit card is declined then why is there a pending charge on your credit card from us then? Well, it's not a "real" charge. This is what the credit card companies call a "Temporary Hold" even though the transaction was declined. The transaction amount is deducted from your credit limit for 2-3 days but you are NOT actually charged by us because the transaction has been declined by our merchant provider. YOU WILL NOT SEE A CHARGE FROM US ON YOUR STATEMENT. The Temporary Hold will clear in a few days and maybe a little longer for international credit cards. If you have any more questions about this, please call your credit card company.
Processing Fee For International Credit Card Orders That Are Shipped to the USA
There will be a $5 processing fee for anyone who uses an international credit card and has the order shipped to the USA. Orders over $49 only. The reason we have to do this is because credit card companies charge retailers twice the fees to accept a Non-US issued credit card. We certainly don't mind accepting international cards but because we offer free shipping for all US orders, we cannot give free shipping AND pay the added credit card fees.
Also, if you place an order with a US billing and shipping address but then pay for your order through PayPal with a non-US account, you will be re-billed for the original amount PLUS the $5 processing fee.
Please choose the following option during checkout: US Postal Service - Over $49 order for NON-US credit card/PayPal purchase AND shipping to a US Address.
Orders
All orders are shipped via the USPS only. We do not ship via UPS or FED-Ex.
All orders need to be placed online through the shopping cart. We do not accept phone orders.
After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive one, log back in to your account (if you set one up) to view the status. If you still have any concerns about whether the order went through, please email us.
All orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. We have always kept to this time frame, but if there are any problems with your order that may cause delay, we will email you ASAP.
Military Addresses
We happily ship to APO/AE addresses. However, our shopping cart is not set up to process an APO/AE address. To get around this, you will need to pay through PayPal. During the checkout process on OUR site, enter a regular street address for Shipping & Billing, then choose PayPal for your payment method. One you are directed over to PayPal, you can enter in the correct shipping address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns. All sales are final. Please choose your products carefully as we do not accept any products back for any reason except if there is a defect. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 3 days of receipt if you would like it replaced or refunded. You may be asked to return the damaged product so we can inspect it.
If we authorize a return you must obtain a Return Authorization #. Any returns that are shipped back to us without a Return Authorization # will be refused. There will also be a 25% restocking fee to cover initial shipping charges to you and credit card fees.
There are no refunds or returns on clearance items. No exceptions.
Discount Codes
From time to time we like to offer discount codes. To receive the discount, you must enter the code during checkout. Orders that are placed without the code will NOT receive a credit once the order is submitted.
Sales Tax
6% sales tax is collected for Michigan residents.
Wholesale
We are not a wholesaler and we do not have a catalog. Please no inquiries.
Out of Stock Items
If for some reason you place an order and an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via email and you will have the option of receiving a refund or waiting until the item is back in stock and we will ship it out to you at no extra charge.

All information collected during the checkout process is for the purpose of processing orders and/or to get in contact with you in case there is a question about your order.
