International Shipping
All orders are shipped our via USPS only. We do not use UPS or Fed-Ex. You will receive a delivery confirmation upon shipment but you will NOT receive any type of tracking #. Tracking #'s can only be obtained with Global Express Mail. This service is very expensive and usually not necessary. Packages are rarely lost, but if a package does get lost, we will handle it accordingly. All international packages are insured by a third-party. We do not use the USPS for this service. Therefore, the cost of the insurance will not be reflected on the postage label. All international packages are shipped out in boxes regardless of order size. Yes, bubble mailers are a great way to save on shipping charges, but our experience over the years has proved to us that boxed products ship safer and faster! *If an order is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, an additional shipping charge will be applied to mail the package out again. If you do not want the package shipped out again, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
